Jewelry

We want you to be thrilled with your Julie Jacky jewelry purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, you can return any unworn item in its original packaging for a full refund. If, when you receive your order, it is not 100% free from flaws you may return it in new condition and its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange, or full refund. Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt if there are damaged items.

Customized items are not returnable unless damaged in shipping. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.

All returns or exchanges must be made within 21 days of receipt. Please e-mail us first to let us know its coming.

The customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Refunds will be issued via Paypal in the manner in which you made your purchase. Cash will not be issued. Your refund does not include shipping charges.

 

REPAIRS

If an item breaks, then please collect all the available parts and send them to us. We will be happy to fix it so you can wear your jewelry again!

  • If a break occurs because the jewelry catches on something, then there will be a mininmal fee to fix the item.
  • If there are missing pieces, then there will be a minimal charge for replacement.
  • If a break occurs because of faulty parts, then we will fix it for free including return shipping.

We can provide you with an estimate when you first contact us and then will let you know the actual cost via email after we receive it and are able to inspect it.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, eCheck and PayPal balance payments.

We go through Paypal for all transactions for your safety and security, however you do not have to have a paypal account to use your credit cards. Paypal is 100% secure; for more information, please visit their security page. ** Your credit card bill will be from “Julie Jacky”, and it will automatically determine shipping and sales tax (6.875% in the state of Minnesota only.)

Residents of the state of Minnesota will be charged 6.875% tax on all purchases.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY


All shipping and delivery rates are automatically calculated by our shopping cart system. After adding your items to the shopping cart, click the "go to payments" button, then fill out both your billing and shipping addresses. Your order total and shipping rate of $6.00 will be clearly displayed on the checkout page.

US Shipping:
All U.S. packages are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Please allow up to 10 days for delivery. If there will be a delay in shipping on our end, we will notify you. Please be sure you have provided us with your correct shipping address and telephone number where we can reach you.

Orders usually arrive within 7-10 business days (for in-stock items only).
