Will you make an ID necklace in a different color or with different beads for me?
Yes. Please send us an email to and let us know what color(s), length, and/or type of beads in which you would like us to make it. We will provide you with an estimated cost (if different type of beads are used or if you would like the necklace made longer) and a time frame before we make it to make sure we are all on the same page.

Will you make an ID necklace in a different length for me?
Yes. Please send us an email to let us know the exact length in which you would like us to make your ID necklace. Please note you may incur a slightly higher cost for longer necklaces.

I like one of the pieces of jewelry that has “SOLD” on it. Will you make it for me?
Yes, please send us an email to let us know which item you are referring to and we will let you know how long it will take us to make it and send it to you.

Can you make a piece of jewelry for me using gold components instead of silver?
Yes. Please send us an email and we will tailor the item to your taste and style. Please note you may incur a slightly higher cost since gold components are a higher cost then silver components.

What if I buy a bracelet and it doesn't fit me?
Please email us and we'll ask you to send it back to us for resizing. We want your bracelet to fit you.

How do I measure my wrist?
If you don’t have a tape measure, then take a piece of string or ribbon-like material and wrap it comfortably around your wrist. Be sure to wrap it so you have a little extra room – you need room for the bracelet to move. Measure the length from end to end on a ruler, and there you have your wrist measurement.

What if I break something? Will you fix it for me?
We all have snagged jewelry on something at one time or another. Please send us an email to let us know you would like your jewelry fixed. We will fix it for you for a nominal fee. If for some reason we are unable to fix it, we will let you know and send it back to you right away.


How do I care for my jewelry?
Since the majority of components we use are sterling silver, over time they will develop a darker antique look. If you prefer the original shiny look, silver polish can be used to remove the tarnish and return your jewelry to the look they once had. Please consider the following suggestions to help maintain your jewelry:

Sterling

  • Wipe your jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing each item. We recommend that you use a non-abrasive cleaning cloth at least once a month. (Keep the cloth right in your jewelry box)
  • Keep anti-tarnish strips in your jewelry box. These can be used for anywhere between 3 to 6 months before they need to be replaced and ensure that your jewelry is ready to wear at any time.
  • The best way to store your jewelry when you are not wearing it, is to place it in a sealed plastic bag, with the exception of pearls. (Plastic bags steal the luster of pearls.)
  • Chlorine and direct sunlight can severely damage sterling silver and semi-precious stones so please avoid prolonged exposure to both.

Pearls 

  • The luster of pearls can be restored and manintained by simply washing them occasionally in lukewarm soapy water. Pearls are more fragile than most other semi-precious stones and should be given special care.
  • Make sure that your hairspray and perfumes are completely dry before putting on your pearls.
  • Jewelry cleaners may damage a lot of semi-precious stones as well as crystals and freshwater pearls and is not recommended.

Swarovski Crystals

  • Swarovski crystal is best maintained with mild soap and water in combination with a soft, non-abrasive polishing cloth

Do I have to pay through Paypal?
All purchases through the website go through Paypal. However, you may charge with your credit card without having a Paypal account.

Can you send my order overnight or via UPS?
Yes. Please know there will be additional costs that you will incur. Otherwise, we generally use First Class mail.

Will you insure my order?
Yes. We will send an item insured if you opt for that and pay the additional cost.

How do you determine shipping rates?
Shipping and handling charges are determined by the merchandise dollar amount of your order.
