Julie Jacky's jewelry has been in the Artist Mercantile since she first started making jewelry. You will find the Artist Mercantile in the heart of downtown St. Paul between Wabasha & St. Peter Street, nestled amongst some other fun shops and restaurants in the historic Hamm Building close by the Landmark Center, Traveler's, and Lawson Software.
