EveryDollar budgeting app makes it super easy to create and personalize my budget in a few minutes, which helps me be mindful of my money and have a plan of how much I can spend in different categories. I’ve found setting a budget to be more freeing versus restrictive because I give myself permission to spend. The app is free. Check it out.
Financial Peace University (FPU) is a 9-week class. I took FPU and learned to change my behavior with money. I gained a better understanding of mortgages and insurance, and after taking that class, I felt like I had a financial step-by-step plan for my future. (From there, I became an FPU Coordinator and then got certified as a Financial Coach through Dave’s Financial Coach Master Training.
Tap into Your Inner ATM is a 12-week course that I lead to help you make the money changes you need to make by first using EFT tapping to clear out the limiting beliefs and blocks that are getting in your way and holding you back from the abundance you want and deserve. Dr. Joe Dispenza is one of my favorite mentors. He has a plethora of meditations that I highly recommend, including his Abundance Meditation, because it reminds me to tune into the frequency of abundance and practice doing it again and again.
