When I was working on writing my book, I often used this simple 3-minute heart connection exercise. It helped me connect into my heart so I could write from my heart. I also use this exercise when I am struggling with someone or something in life. It helps me feel better and then respond in a more loving manner.
This is an exercise you can do anywhere at any time.
