Are you feeling worried, nervous, or uneasy about a situation? Struggling with sleep? Maybe you feel powerless and aren’t receiving the support you need.

However, controlling your worries and fears can be challenging when you regularly feel disproportionate anxiety levels. When anxiety is not processed or managed, it can cause anger, lead to depression, and be debilitating which can stop you from living your life fully.

Nervous System Goes Into Overdrive

When you’re feeling anxious, part of your body’s sympathetic nervous system goes into overdrive, and you may experience symptoms such as sweaty palms, fidgeting, and irritability.

These symptoms occur because your brain perceives you are in danger, and its job is to prepare your body to react to the threat to keep you safe.

When that happens, it’s hard to implement strategies to help reduce anxiety.

What is EFT Tapping?

EFT stands for Emotional Freedom Technique, aka “Tapping”. You use your fingertips to lightly tap on acupressure points (or energy meridians) on your body while simultaneously repeating emotionally charged statements. This process alleviates negative energy and stuck emotions such as fear, sadness, anger, anxiety and other emotions so that you can experience a better relationship with yourself, others, your career, money, and more.
