I found that tapping almost always made me feel really good after the session. I would usually feel a lot lighter and be almost a completely different person, for the better. To be honest, there was one session that I walked away from feeling very angry and depressed from but only because we had ran out of time and I was working through some major stuff. I made the mistake of lying to Julie when she asked if I felt better at the end of the session but I later emailed her and told her the truth how I was really feeling after the session. She helped me work through that at our next session.
If you are thinking the price is too high or that simply tapping on points on your body is “stupid”, I insist that you reconsider. Tapping is easy to learn, even over the phone, once you learn how to do it; you can do it by yourself with ease, you can implement it into just about any emotional problem you have, and you will feel a lot better afterward.
