Summer is coming to an end… You know fall is around the corner and then …. Uh-oh… the holidays will be here before you know it. It’s time to get a handle on food you’re having a hard time resisting whether its chips, sweets, ice cream, or pizza… whatever you really want to stop eating. Let’s tap to reduce the cravings!
To reduce food cravings we use a technique called the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT). EFT (aka Tapping) is a simple, easy, and fast way to help reduce cravings.
In this workshop we will:
- Identify your food cravings
- Uncover WHY you are craving what you are craving
- Tap on your cravings
You will leave this workshop:
- Feeling calm and relaxed
- Ready to say “No” to the treats and foods you couldn’t pass up previously
- With a tool you can use to help yourself get back on track with eating what you want to eat instead of your cravings taking control.

Do I need to know Tapping or have tapped before?
Yes, you need to know the basic tapping points. You can learn them here as I take you through a constricted breathing exercise
