Join us in the Women’s EFT Tapping Circle
at 8 PM EDT / 7 PM Central
Friends – these are effen challenging times!
And our emotions are running rampant and sometimes we don’t know how to do with them — so they come out sideways at others.
+ Yelling at kids, significant other, or pets when we’re really upset about something else.
+ Hopping on social media and blasted opinionated comments and ranting frustrations on others’ posts.
+ Minimizing our feelings by saying “I am doing okay” even though we are in fear for our friends or struggling with what is going on. We discount it thinking “it’s not as bad as what others are going through… so I can handle it.”
Does any of that sound familiar? Is that you?
Was it truly helpful to do that? Or did you regret it afterward and have to apologize again?
Listen, we all have done it, and we continue to do it to one extent or another. The problem is, it’s not healthy or helpful. In fact, it’s damaging and hurtful.
There is a better way, but first, let’s pause for a moment to check in with yourself.
Ask yourself if you’re feeling any of these emotions.
- Can’t speak
If yes, you’re feeling one or more of these and you’re ready to deal with them in a healthy way and you want some relief, then please join me!
Friend, please don’t use the excuse that you don’t have time, because it takes a lot more time and energy to be angry, lash out, and make amends.
And after you learn how to use this tool, you can use it again next time you feel something coming on so you don’t do the same thing again.
Don’t worry — I make it easy for you to learn because I guide you throughout the entire session.
We will be using EFT Tapping – to tap on specific points on your body. Don’t worry about that either… everyone will be tapping, so we will all look weird together. (No one else will see us doing it, except the other tappers who join)
When we use EFT/Tapping it helps reduce the cortisol – the stress hormone – which will help your body calm down, which will allow you to think more clearly and respond better to what’s going on around you.
In this workshop I will guide you:
+ through an exercise to uncover what’s causing your “negative” emotional feelings
to tap and get RELIEF!
Then I will take you through an exercise at the end that will take you to a new level of GRATITUDE and APPRECIATION

What Others Are Saying:
“Thank you so much for last night’s tapping group session! I was counting down the days to it, but I didn’t know whether I’d have the guts to be the “tappee” in front of the whole group. But it’s such a wonderful group of women and you’ve really created a powerful, supportive, and loving environment for healing. I am so glad I put myself out there and went for it because I felt a major release from it. I slept so soundly last night, afterward, and I feel much more excited for my future!” – Devon L.
“I absolutely love having dedicated tapping time because it makes me create the time and space to do tapping, which I know is super beneficial. I have personally experienced a lot of shifts tapping on a regular basis and find that it keeps tapping top of mind for me whenever anything else comes up, I think about tapping. Thanks so much for offering this affordable option for clearing out my crap! I so appreciate your assistance in figuring all of this out. I love my life now! And I love your help. Thank you.” ~Kim Julen
